Energy Plates

The biggest challenge people have when it comes to eating is how they think about their food. So instead of thinking that you need to fill your stomach when you’re hungry – think this instead:

“My body lacks energy so I need to give it energy”

And what has the most energy? That if you went a few days without it you’d die?

Well it’s not Snicker Bars, McDonalds Fries or Ben & Jerry’s. There’s time for all that – as long as you first do these 4. And ‘Energy Plates’ mean your 3 main meals a day have the following energy sources:
