Replenix^® Lifting + Firming Neck Cream Review

There are a few points about this product that need to be explained. Firstly, the ceramides are meant to help prevent permeability in the skin to lock moisture in. However, there is a chance that, according to an individual's skin type, this may actually cause the pores to become clogged. Ceramides still work better when combined with certain ingredients (some of which this product contains), so there’s a good chance that they will serve their function in this mixture - but be aware that there's a possibility of pore clogging.

The peptides are meant to increase collagen production and strengthen the firmness of the skin. The problem is that many peptide compounds contain molecules that are far too large to permeate the epidermis, so most of their benefits are lost on the outer layer of skin. If they are broken down into smaller amino acid chains (hydrolyzed collagen), they have a higher chance of reaching the inner skin. The Replenix^® Lifting + Firming Neck Cream does not contain this form of peptide, however, which essentially renders this ingredient useless within this product.

On the other hand, the vitamin B3 compound (Niacinamide) does help with the cell building in the skin, and protection from free radicals and oxidative stress. Replenix^® Lifting + Firming Neck Cream also contains Edelweiss flower, which is medically proven to provide antioxidant and anti- aging effects, and is considered a staple key ingredient for anti-aging products.

Is Replenix^® Lifting + Firming Neck Cream Safe?

This product does seem safe enough. It is paraben free, and does not contain gluten. Although experts are not fully on board with the fact that topologically applied gluten products affect those with gluten sensitivities, a sign of a good quality product is when the manufacturer takes extra measures to provide safety for any particularly sensitive customers. One of our issues with this product is that there was a single review on the website, although it did look positive. It is difficult to get a sense of the product with no access to feedback from the consumers, but as far as we can tell, this product seems perfectly safe.
